Message on the rear pair needs to be the same for each pair but can be different front to rear. This is an important setting that alot of shops fail to do when setting the suspension.

Also alot of shops set the alignment at the middle of the spec and call that good. Evey car is different and the spec range is there not to be set in the middle for a quick adjustment but to tailor the car fo the driving conditions that it will be used for.

If for example the car is driven with mostly one person the alignment should adjust for that by placing a person in the car when setting it up. None that I am aware of even ask how the car will be used. They just want to do a quick set, money and out you go.

Tire balance is another area where shops fail to do it correctly on a number of cars. Usually by not doing proper rim to tire matching and incorrect settings on their balance machine run by techs that do not know enough.
